1. The strut linked hydraulic gate is suitable for any river condition and can be used.
2. The hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic lifting door can lock the support system of the gate, release the lock of the support system of the hydraulic lifting door, and open and close the gate anytime and anywhere. There is no need to design other unlocking cylinders for opening and closing the gate, because usually the unlocking cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder support rod fails
2. The hydraulic lifting door opening and closing locking mechanism is designed with a support rod, and the gate is always supported and stored by the support rod. The gate is equipped with one or more locking points, and the gate can stop water on the support rod at the required position without the need for cylinder support storage. Typically, hydraulic dams are supported by cylinders
3. There is no need to design a cylinder well, as the cylinder well is blocked and the gate does not open or close.
4. All maintenance points for gates and hydraulic systems are located above the riverbed foundation, and maintenance does not require a cofferdam, making it quick and convenient. Even under normal water storage conditions, the hydraulic system can be disassembled and repaired.
5. A single door can be designed with a combination of switch and locking mechanism (cylinder and support rod), or a combination of switch and locking mechanism can be used simultaneously. Multiple shutters can be installed and used in parallel.
6. The switch and locking device formed by the support rod and cylinder are located in the shaded area of the water falling from the upper part of the gate. Upstream falling objects will not touch the support rod and cylinder, and the operation of the gate is safe.
7. The water flow landscape does not show support rods and oil cylinders, and the overall landscape effect of the reservoir is better than other reservoirs currently on the market.
8. The foundation design and construction of hydraulic lifting doors are extremely simple, such as reserving holes for plate gates, and installation is simple. Especially suitable for the renovation of old reservoirs, necessary holes can be opened for installation.
